After-sales repair process
by disposal box

1、Please contact Nespresso if you have any issue with your coffee machine, and Nespresso will arrange to send disposal box if confirmed.

2、Please remove yellow strapping tape and open the disposal box after received it, and take out the red strapping tape.

Please be careful when you remove the strapping tape by tool

3、Please confirm with Nespresso first and remove the removable parts(water tank, drip tray, capsule container and Rapid Cappuccino System(R.C.S).

Highly suggest you to seal the bag, and put the power cord outside(in case machine damaged during transportation)
Put something like foam rubber inside the disposal box with your machine
Confirm again every component ad close the upper side of foam rubber

4、Close the disposal box, and fix the disposal box with two sides of holes by red strapping tape.

5、Please send disposal box to our repair center after confirmed with our customer service.

6、Nespresso will send disposal box with machine back to you once Nespresso finish checking and repairing.

7、Please take out your machine and confirm it when you receive the disposal box. Meanwhile, please send back disposal box to our repair center.
